At TrueToTheWord Christian Apparel, each item is created with intention and purpose to reflect your faith boldly and beautifully. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we understand that special situations may arise. If you experience an issue with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request consideration for a return or refund. Approval is granted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the concern.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos (if applicable)

• Requests must be submitted via email within 30 days of receiving your item
